High-End GC Looking For the Best: Carpenter - Compensation: $26-$32hr in New York, Iowa

We are a high end GC company located the heart of Midtown, Manhattan and are looking for very specific people to join our team in creating a cohesive unit where the quality of workmanship and work environment are constantly being pushed to achieve the highest level.  Greatness starts with people, and we are seeking the best to build instilled with a sense of pride.             Currently we are looking to fill the following positions:
Lead Carpenter
Proficiency through all phases of high end construction from layout to punch list is critical for consideration. As a tradesman you are expected to have a full set of tools*.  In order to be considered for employment you must meet ALL of the following requirements
{C}-        Minimum 15years experience
{C}-        Speak English clearly and have good English writing skills
{C}-        Capable of lifting 100lbs + 
{C}-        Extremely organized and clean
{C}-        Able to read Blueprint & Layouts
{C}-        Computer Literate in Excel and Word
{C}-        Knowledgeable in:
{C}o   Electrical
{C}o   Plumbing
{C}o   Plastering
{C}o   Painting
{C}-        Proficient in:
{C}o   Layout
{C}o   Framing
{C}o   Sheetrock
{C}o   Steel & Wood Door Frames 
{C}o   Mortising
{C}o   Finish Trim 
{C}o   Finish Cabinetry Installation
{C}o   Site Safety
 
Not required, but ideal if candidate can do the following:
{C}-        Cabinetry Fabrication
{C}-        Electrical
{C}-        Plumbing
{C}-        Plastering
{C}-        Painting
